How can you earn infinite money and investigation points in Monster Hunter Wilds? Below is a guide by “burymek” sharing methods to help you get started.
Infinite Money and Investigation Points Method
First, head to the camps in Zone 16 and Zone 8.
Then, fly to Zone 16 and use 300 points to rest until the Prosperity period morning (the Prosperity period has more fish).
After resting, catch the fish in the pond at Zone 16, including small goldfish, gunpowder goldfish, golden fish, and platinum fish.
Next, fly to Zone 8 where you can find golden fish, platinum fish, and the Shield-Bodied Stinkhorn. In this area, I stand here as a random old lantern crab may spawn (which can be netted for old coins).
Catch Rare Fish and Birds in Monster Hunter Wilds
I stood here without any spawn, and across from me, there was an old coin.
Then, after catching the fish at these two spots in area 8,
fly back to base camp in area 16, where the fish have respawned again.
If you want to catch the rare fossil fish, you need to rest in area 16 until extreme weather conditions at night for a random chance. If it doesn't appear, teleport to another camp and then back again.
If you're aiming for the rare melodious bird, rest in area 8 until the abundant period in the morning, where you'll find the bird on the branches by the cave entrance and fish on the ground.
Keep repeating this cycle, and your research points and money will become limitless.
